Partner program terms
Version 2026-09-v1 · Draft — applications are not open yet
The UserLoop partner program covers UserLoop Surveys and UserLoop Contests. Applications require approval. Your dashboard shows the agreement offered for each app; any individually agreed terms take precedence over the defaults below.
UserLoop Surveys: 20% of eligible net subscription revenue, for 12 months from the first eligible payment. A 45-day hold applies, with a minimum payout of $50.00.
UserLoop Contests: 20% of eligible net subscription revenue, for 12 months from the first eligible payment. A 45-day hold applies, with a minimum payout of $50.00.
Referral links use a 30-day attribution window. The last supported referral click before installation is eligible, subject to verification. Each store and app has one confirmed referring partner. Browser privacy settings may prevent automatic tracking; you may submit a claim for manual review.
Commission terms are saved when a referral is confirmed. Later changes apply to new referrals. Eligible earnings from both apps can be combined into one USD payout; the highest applicable minimum in your referred-store agreements applies.
Commissions are based on actual eligible app revenue, excluding taxes and free or test charges. Net revenue deducts Shopify fees. Refunds, reversals and corrected source records adjust your commission balance. A negative balance is carried forward against future earnings.
Payouts are reviewed and sent manually after the hold period, confirmation of revenue received and any outstanding reconciliation. You must provide accurate payment instructions. Your statement records the included earnings and the external payment reference.
Promote UserLoop accurately and disclose your affiliate relationship. Self-referrals, fabricated claims, misleading advertising, spam and attempts to overwrite another partner’s confirmed referrals are not allowed. UserLoop may suspend participation and place payouts on hold while suspected abuse or disputed referrals are reviewed.
Partners are responsible for their own tax reporting. For questions about your account, referral claims or these terms, contact the UserLoop team through the contact details on userloop.io.
